Fine fringe created with the fringe/looping foot and embroidery thread.
Set your sewing machine in the same manner as you would for fagoting reducing the needle tension.
Fold under the edge to be fringed and press. Using a scrap of fabric, press under an edge equal in length to the edge to be fringed.
Butt the edges together and center them under the fringe/looping foot.
